Kylie Kwong, celebrity chef, restaurateur and author
While not giving away her culinary secrets, Kylie tells how her Chinese heritage infuses her cooking with a mixture of spice and subtlety. As she says: "By sharing the experiences of my family, I hope to enhance the understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture, particularly within Australia, and to express my pride in my Chinese heritage."

Richard Beresford discusses Claude Lorrain's Pastoral landscape 1636-67.
Part of the Picturing the land series of focus talks centred on key works in the collection. These short talks will involve discussussion of some of the techniques and pictorial conventions employed in the art of landscape as part of the lead-up to the Art Gallery of New South Wales’ major exhibition, Monet and the Impressionists.
